What i think of health and keeping fit - Introduction







What i think of health and keeping fit?
... its all about determination and motivation which we normally get whether it be by looking at someone as a role model, which could possibly be anyone! or by just waking up one morning and  look further into the future of how we want ourselves to look and to be able to lead a healthy lifestyle. Yesss, these things don't just happen  randomly where you wake up from a long sleep and think " i am going to do crazy amounts of squats, push ups  and change my entire diet" ... not at all... it happens from taking small steps at a time and building your way up. Health is a pick and mix of all nutrients , vitamins , body -functioning , resistance and barriers to save our health from getting attacked by any viruses and long term illneses, this does not mean we do not have any weaknesses we all do!, we just need to use our strength to get over them. Keeping fit to me is a daily opportunity to change myself into something better than yesterday, not only too look good but too raise my self confidence and self esteem. Ive made this blog to show you how i keep fit , what i do to maintain my figure , fitness routines , meal plans , shakes , general lifestyle , motivate you as much as i can and solve any further queries fitness or general. My next post will not be as long and it will be straight too the point, this was a insight of everything i have too offer to you!  Its now or never!
