Hi Guys! extremely sorry for the lack of posts!been managing with start of college and health! but anyways decided id get right into some of the warm ups i do as you no i workout at home so everything i write about is done at home so if you dont want too go to gym and feel uncomfortable then you no what to do! make your own gym!
